Our products are Factory Variants. They are customized in unreleased colors and unique designs which are only sold here. All products are made with high quality materials to ensure a long lasting life. No items are represented as originals since they are all custom made.
All products are subject to availability. Occassionally, items become out of stock shortly after orders have been placed.
All sizes listed are in US Size, unless otherwise stated.
All products are sent in brand new condition.
Customers may Not change style or size once order is processed.
Shipping is FREE on all products
All products are shipped via the EMS (USPS) Express
Every order is processed before being shipping, this usually takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, products are shipped this usually takes 4-6 business days. Shipping averages at 7-10 days before you receive your merchandise.
Products are only processed Monday through Friday not including holidays
Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, 5 Star Attire will not be responsible for returned orders due to customer negligence.
If the customer receives the wrong product or size (based on tags), they may return the product within 3 days of receiving it. Please contact 5 Star Attire to receive instructions on how to return merchandise.
If a customer receives a defected or damaged product, they must contact 5 Star Attire within 3 days and provide a digital photo of the product received.
Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: Product had minor color differences from the picture, product does not fit (due in part of error by the customer), and/or the customer just wants a different product.
Once order is processed (usaully 1-2 business days) a tracking number will be issued by email.
